Born from both grief and deep purpose, the Harmonie Grace Foundation honors the legacy of baby Harmonie Grace, a resilient micro-preemie, by providing unwavering support to families navigating neonatal intensive care journeys.

Provide unwavering support, resources, and advocacy for Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) families, empowering them to navigate the challenges of premature birth and critical care with strength, resilience, and hope.
